These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and ari303 ("the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the website accessible at https://ari303.asia and all associated services, products, features, and content made available thereon.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ari303 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and USDT (TRC20 network). Available methods may be updated from time to time at the Operator's discretion.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment methods in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts and applicable limits are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.
• ari303 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ari303 accepts no responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted via USDT TRC20 only. Conversion to MYR is applied at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations are borne by the Player.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's own name.
• All outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• ari303 targets the following processing timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within five (5) minutes; DuitNow/FPX within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes; direct bank transfers within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. These are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing times or bank maintenance periods.
• ari303 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified of any such checks.

ari303 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed Account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) claim per Player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.

The following rules govern all wagering activity on the ari303 Platform, covering both casino games and sports betting markets:

7.1 General Wagering

• All bets are final once confirmed. ari303 will not reverse a confirmed wager under normal circumstances.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in the display of incorrect odds or game outcomes, ari303 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account.
• ari303 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any Player, market, or event at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Game Contribution to Wagering Requirements

When wagering Bonus Funds towards a wagering requirement, different game types contribute at different rates:

• Video Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo: 10%–20% contribution (as specified per promotion)
• Sports Betting: Contribution rate as specified in individual promotion terms
• Excluded Games: Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution entirely, as indicated in the cashier or promotion detail page

7.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, NBA, and other events — are subject to separate market-specific rules available at the time of wagering. Settlement of all sports bets will follow the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ari303 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform
• Using false, stolen, or otherwise inaccurate identity information during registration or KYC
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of cheating in relation to sports events available on the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games to generate undue advantage
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform in an automated manner
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in live casino or tournament formats
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security infrastructure of the Platform
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account
• Abusing promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity or systematic bonus exploitation

ari303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity
• Regulatory compliance requirements, including obligations arising from anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorist financing (CTF) investigations
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player or a third party on the Player's behalf

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ari303 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be subject to review and, where no grounds for forfeiture exist, returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any required compliance procedures.

• Any losses sustained as a direct result of wagering activity — gambling involves financial risk and Players acknowledge this prior to placing any wager
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
